This is an oversized item and is shipped in a large carton approximately 1.8 metres long.

PO Boxes cannot be accepted. A valid residential or business street address must be provided.

Frunks are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 35–40 days from dispatch.

Delivery may take longer if the shipment is held by customs, experiences port or carrier delays, or is affected by other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided once it arrives in port.

Due to the oversized carton, an additional $40 delivery surcharge may apply to some regional or remote addresses. If applicable, we will contact you before dispatch.
