Return and refund policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior return authorization.
  • Item must be returned within 7 days of you receiving the return authorization.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns or exchanges to be at the expense of you if returned via post or courier.
