Return Timeframes

• Defective items: 14 days from delivery
• Change of mind: 30 days from delivery
• Must ship back within 7 days of receiving return authorization

Requirements

• Return authorization required before shipping
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
• Receipt or proof of purchase required

Costs & Fees

• Customer pays return shipping
• 7% restocking fee + return shipping costs deducted from refund.
  
• You can option for store credit in which case full amount will be credited. 

Process

1. Contact us for return authorization
2.  we can give you the cheapest courier label available 
3.  Pack the package safely to avoid damage in transit. 
4. If items are damaged during return transit, return request may be voided or partial refund may be provided.
